Accessibility
An accessible website is one that allows people with disabilities and the elderly to browse with the same level of effectiveness and enjoyment as all users. According to a 2003 study by Microsoft, about 20 to 25 percent of the population has difficulties using the internet and could benefit from more accessible web content.

Accessibility Label
The "Accessibility Label" is an initiative by the Accessibility Association of Israel and the Israeli Internet Union. The label is granted to websites that have made the necessary adjustments to be accessible to people with disabilities. The goal of the label is to raise public awareness about web accessibility and inform site users about the site's accessibility.

This site complies with the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Services) Law, 2013. The site conforms to the Israeli Standard (ת"י 5568) for web content accessibility at AA level and the recommendations of the WCAG2.0 document from the W3C organization. Adjustments Made
Precise accessibility adjustments have been made to this site, including the implementation of assistive technology markers and informational cues, keyboard-only navigation and operation in accordance with W3C recommendations, color adjustments, and added assistive labels and instructions in forms for all users. For the best experience with screen reading software, we recommend using the latest version of NVDA.
Some Enhancements Implemented on the Site
- We added an accessibility element that allows control over font sizes, section bypassing, screen reader text instructions such as NVDA and Jaws, keyboard navigation to facilitate browsing without a mouse, adjustments to make the site compatible with screen readers such as NVDA and Jaws, comfort in displaying the site in black-and-white/contrast colors, disabling animations and all moving elements on the site, highlighting links.

- Note that despite our efforts to make all pages of the site accessible, attached documents (such as PDFs, Word, Excel), the internal management system, and video files are still in progress and we are working to complete that.
